Minister of Interior and Municipalities, Judge Bassam Mawlawi, on Friday welcomed in his office at the Ministry Trade and Economy Minister, Amin Salam, with whom he discussed the current developments on the local arena, as well as coordination over issues and joint dossiers between the Ministries of Interior and Economy.
Minister Mawlawi also met with MP Hadi Abou el-Hessen, with discussions touching on an array of developmental affairs.
Mawlawi also received Jounieh Municipality head, Juan Hobeich, and discussed with him administrative and developmental affairs related to the Municipality of Jounieh.
The Minister also met with a delegation of the Muslim Scholars Association, with discussions touching on the current general situation.
