Minister of Interior and Municipalities, Judge Bassam Mawlawi, sent a message to the Lebanese expatriates, on the eve of the start of the voting process in Western and foreign countries, the UAE and Morocco, saying via Twitter: “Vote…and be poud of Lebanon!”
