Caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati issued Monday a memorandum declaring three days of mourning after the death of Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi and his companions in a helicopter crash.

During the mourning period, flags will fly at half-mast at all public administrations, institutions and municipalities.
