The National Financial Intelligence Centre hosted the Egmont Committee Intersessional Meeting on May 3 and 4, in the presence of the centre’s Chief Executive and Egmont Group Regional Representative for the Middle East and North Africa, Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa.

Shaikha Mai underlined the crucial role of Egmont Group in facilitating communication between the financial intelligence agencies by exchanging information and applying the group’s general strategy 2022-2027.
