The 8th and last theme of the national project for preparing national cadres in the field of economic feasibility studies and development projects, organized by the Institute of Public Administration (IPA) in cooperation with the Supreme Council for Planning, as part of Economic Diversification Initiatives ‘Tanfeedh’, began at Holiday Inn Muscat Hotel today and lasts for five days.
Dr. Jabir al- Ismail, the lecturer in IPA, covered a number of themes including the economic and social profitability indicators and how to draft and prepare the final report of the feasibility study. The number of training hours provided stood at 20.
The project aims at advising the public cadres of the best international practices in conducting feasibility studies and analyzing the development projects so that they can meet the needs of development planning by the various public organizations.
