OCCI Branches Heads Named, OCCI Chairman to be Elected Sunday
The Board of Directors of Oman Chamber
of Commerce and Industry (OCCI) in all governorates of the Sultanate
met today to elect a head and a deputy to the board of directors of
each branch by secret ballot at OCCI headquarters under the
supervision of the OCCI Election Committee.
In the Governorate of Dhofar, Hussein bin Hathieth al-Bat’hari was
elected as Head of the OCCI Branch and Salim bin Abdullah bin Salim
Al-Kaf as Deputy Head.
In the Governorate of A’Dhakhiliyah, Hamad bin Said al-Rabkhi was
elected as Head of the OCCI Branch and Said bin Nassir al-Siyabi as
Deputy Head.
In the Governorate of A’Dhahirah, Saif bin Said al-Badi was elected
as Head of the OCCI Branch and Fahad bin Rashid al-Zidi as Deputy
Head.
In the Governorate of North A’Sharqiyah, Ali bin Salim al-Hajri was
elected as Head of the OCCI Branch and Qais bin A’amir al-Shibani as
Deputy Head.
In the Governorate of South A’Sharqiyah, Anwar bin Hamad al-Sinani
was elected as Head of the OCCI Branch and Nassir bin Mohammed
al-Ma’amari as Deputy Head.
In the Governorate of North Al Batina, Abdullah bin Ali al-Shaf’ei was
elected as Head of the OCCI Branch and Said bin Ali al-Abri as Deputy
Head.
In the Governorate of South Al Batina, Eng. Hamoud bin Salim al-
Sa’adi was elected as Head of the OCCI Branch and Ameen bin
Khamis al-Sa’adi as Deputy Head.
In the Governorate of Al Wusta, Dr. Salim bin Sulayem al-Junaibi was
elected as Head of the OCCI Branch and Saud bin Khalifa al-
Hakamani as Deputy Head.
In the Governorate of Al Buraimi, Zahir bin Mohammed al-Ka’abi was
elected as Head of the OCCI Branch and Yousef bin Hamad al-Azani
as Deputy Head.
In the Governorate of Musandam, Ra’ed bin Mohammed al-Shihi was
elected as Head of the OCCI Branch and Khalid bin Mohammed al-
Shihi as Deputy Head.
The winners of the OCCI membership will meet at OCCI HQs’ with
the heads of the branches in the governorates on Sunday, to elect by
secret ballot a chairman of the board and two deputies, as well as two
other members to form the five members of Executive Committee.
The meeting will also appoint a secretary of the executive
administration, and the election of the members of the audit and
investment committees who are not members of the executive
committee in accordance with Article (23) in the Royal Decree No.
45/2017.
