Muscat, The Sultanate, represented by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources participated today in the 5th meeting of the GCC Preparatory Committee on Food Safety and Quality.

The Sultanate was represented in the virtual meeting by Dr. Ahmed Nasser al-Bakri, Undersecretary of the Ministry for Agriculture.

The meeting discussed several topics on food safety and quality.
