Oman Participates in Regional Workshop of Arab Anti-Corruption Convention

Muscat, The Sultanate of Oman, represented by the State Audit Institution, participated in the regional workshop of the 3rd session of the Arab Anti-Corruption Convention.

The online workshop, held during 29-30 November 2021, was organized by the Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), in partnership with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC).

The event saw the participation of representatives of Arab anti-corruption authorities, as well as experts and researchers specialized in the field of integrity and anti-corruption.

The workshop reviewed a number of main themes, including presentations about the proposed mechanism to follow-up the implementation of the Arab Anti-Corruption Convention, besides discussing the convention’s self-evaluation questions and views in preparation for its endorsement.
