Parts of Oman to witness isolated rainfall

Muscat: Isolated rainfall predicted over parts of the Sultanate of Oman during the next three days, Oman Meteorology said.

Oman Meteorology said in its daily forecast that during the next three days (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), it is expected that low clouds will form and flow over the coastal areas of the Sea of Oman and Musandam, with chances of sporadic rain.

Clouds and scattered rain are likely on the Al Hajar Mountains and the surrounding areas during the afternoon and evening.

“Low clouds and fog may form in the early morning and late night over parts of the governorates of Al Sharqiyah South, Al Wusta, Dhofar, and the deserts of Al Dhahirah and Al Buraimi governorates,” the meteorology added.
