Muscat, Khalid Hilal Al Ma’awali, Chairman of Shura Council received at theCouncil’s premisestoday Dr. Nayef Falah Al Hajraf, GCC Secretary-General.

During the meeting,Al Ma’awalipraised the efforts exerted by the GCC General Secretariat to promote cooperation in many economic, social and cultural spheres among the gulf countries.

For his part, Dr. Al Hajraf lauded the remarkable endeavours made by Oman in supporting the GCC Council, as well as its efforts in resolving regional issues.

The meeting was attended by the Deputy Chairman of the Council and some members of the Council’s Office.
