Muscat, The State Council Office today met under the chairmanship of Sheikh Abdul Malik Abdullah al-Khalili, Chairman of the State Council.

The meeting reviewed a response of the Council of Ministers to the State Council’s recommendations on the draft 10th five-year development plan 2021-2025, and the draft state budget for the fiscal year 2021.

The Council’s Office also discussed the Social Committee’s report on a proposal to review the Law on Conservation of the Environment and Prevention of Pollution issued by the Royal Decree No. 114/2001 and another proposal on the cybersecurity project.

The State Council’s Chairman stressed the importance of the outcomes of the Council’s efforts and its valuable contributions to the development process in the Sultanate.
