Manama – Together – The Minister of National Economy, Mohammed Al-Amoor, and his Omani counterpart, Saeed bin Mohammed Al-Saqri, today, Sunday, discussed ways to enhance and develop economic and trade cooperation relations between the two countries.
During the joint meeting held on the sidelines of the Economic and Social Ministerial Council held in the Bahraini capital, Manama, the two sides agreed to study cooperation mechanisms that would enhance the volume of trade exchange and investment opportunities between businessmen in both countries.
The Omani minister said, ‘We look forward to benefiting from Palestinian expertise in the field of agriculture and education.’ And strengthening the cooperation relationship in line with the distinguished fraternal political relationship between the two countries.
During the meeting, the Minister indicated the readiness to enable Palestine to benefit from its experience in building sustainable cities and industrial zones, and to exchange visits between businessmen.

he Omani Minister stressed the position of the Sultanate of Oman in providing all aspects of support For the Palestinian cause and its standing by the Palestinian people in their struggle and their just cause, and the repeated demands to stop the ongoing genocide carried out by the occupation government since October 7.
Minister Al-Amor stressed, after reviewing the government’s program and the repercussions of the aggression on the components of the economy, the necessity of making all possible efforts to provide all forms of support. And assistance to enable the government to fulfill its obligations towards our people.
The meeting was held in the presence of Soha Awadallah, Director General of International Relations at the Ministry of National Economy, Mustafa Barghouti, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Qutaiba Zaqzouq from the Embassy of the State of Palestine in Bahrain.
