The Spaces Chooses Muscat among 7 Design-savvy Cities to Watch in 2018

The Spaces, a digital magazine

specialised in architecture, design, art and property, chose Muscat as

one of the right markets when investing in property in 2018 among 7

design-savvy cities around the world.

In a reported published by CNN, the magazine described

Muscat as a city in the Middle East that is recommended to be a

destination for investors during 2018. Muscat was selected in the

second place after Toronto in Canada.

The Spaces magazine pointed out that choosing Muscat came as

it is a safe haven in an otherwise volatile region, in addition to adopting

the neutral approach in the Sultanate’s policies.

The magazine touched on the new Muscat International Airport,

which will eventually have capacity for 48 million passengers a year,

creating a likely, and comparatively safe, gateway to the east.

The list of cities also includes Dundee in Scotland, Paris in

France, Tokyo in Japan, Tbilisi in Georgia and San Miguel de Allende in

Mexico.
