?Victoria, President Wavel Ramkalawan of the Republic of Seychelles received at the State House here Ali Abdullah al-Mahrouqi, who presented his credentials as extraordinary, plenipotentiary and non-resident Ambassador of the Sultanate to Seychelles.?

?During the meeting, the ambassador conveyed greetings of His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik and best wishes of permanent health and happiness to President Ramkalawan and the friendly people of Seychelles further progress and prosperity.?

?On his turn, President Ramkalawan asked the ambassador to convey his greetings and best wishes to His Majesty the Sultan and the Omani people. He hoped to promote the new bilateral relations between the two friendly countries.?

?The two sides further discussed fields of future cooperation between the two countries with the aim of enhancing the relations in sectors of tourism, blue economy, fisheries and ports’ investment.?
