Abu Dhabi, President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan of the United Arab Emirates, issued a Federal Decree appointing His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan as Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Special Affairs with the rank of Minister, WAM reported.
