Kiev, Ukraine has accused Russia of attacking a maternity hospital in Mariupol.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky tweeted a video that apparently showed several hospital wards that had been completely destroyed.

One or more projectiles or bombs must have hit the courtyard of the clinic complex, according to the video. The power of the blast broke windows and destroyed furniture and doors, the video shows. The area around the building was littered with debris.

There was no immediate comment from the Russian military, though Moscow has repeatedly denied attacking civilian targets.
